## Infrastructure AGCO and iGO do not impose any requirements to establish any of the technological infrastructure of the igaming system serving Ontario within Ontario or within Canada. ## Integrations The AGCO and iGO anticipate creating a provincial database of individuals who have requested “self-exclusion” from igaming and potentially other responsible gaming-related limits. In August 2024, it was announced that Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) and IXUP had been selected to develop this centralized self-exclusion system. As of July 2025, this centralized self-exclusion system has not yet been put into place. As a function of the anti-money laundering (AML) / anti-terrorist financing (ATF) requirements imposed upon operators by the iGO, it is advisable for operators to integrate lists of AML/ATF persons of interest maintained by Canadian federal authorities. Software certification Before being deployed in the Ontario market, AGCO-registered operators and GRSs who run critical gaming systems must ensure the following types of technology have been certified against the applicable Standards by an AGCO-registered independent testing lab (ITL): Games, random number generators, and components of igaming systems that accept, process, determine the outcome of, display, and log details about player bets and wagers. This includes, but is not limited to, slot games, table games, sport and event betting, poker, and other card games. In April 2023, three AGCO-registered operators were subjected to penalties totaling $70,000 (CAD) for offering games in Ontario that were not approved by the AGCO, had not been certified by an AGCO-registered ITL, and which in one case were provided by suppliers who were not AGCO-registered GRSs.
