TLA Scoring Framework

Every jurisdiction is scored across an 11-category framework covering legal access, licensing, marketing, enforcement, fees, taxes, outlook — plus four operational categories: payments & banking, technical compliance, distribution rules, and market-entry practicality.

Categories 1–7 assess the legal and regulatory environment. Categories 8–11 assess whether you can actually launch, get paid, and sustain operations. Together they produce the TLA rating — combining Commercial attractiveness, Operational readiness, and Regulatory risk.
